For Signature and Reserve market rate apartments, the following is included in rent:

For market rate apartments, all utilities except for electricity are included. Electricity will be billed directly to the resident based on their usage through the utility company.
Yes, an underground garage parking stall is included for market rate apartments and penthouses. Secondary stalls are available for an additional charge. Underground parking starts at $100/month/stall. Electric Vehicle parking starts at $150/month/stall. Surface lot parking starts at $50/month/stall.
Storage units are available starting at $75/month in the underground garage and $100/month for in-building storage. One storage unit is included for Penthouse apartments.
To reserve an apartment, please complete the $60 application (per applicant) and pay the $1,000 security deposit. Security deposit may vary depending on credit history. The administrative fee is $400.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for each occupant that includes $300,000 of personal liability coverage. If you don’t have coverage, Master Policy is available for $40/month.
Yes, we welcome cats and dogs of all breeds and weights. Dog rent is $50/month with a nonrefundable fee of $500. Cat rent is $30/month with a nonrefundable fee of $300. For two pets, rent is $75/month with a nonrefundable fee of $500.
