What lease terms do you offer?
We offer 9+ month leases. If you would like a different lease term, please make a request.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes, we welcome cats and dogs of all breeds and weights.
Are utilities included in the rent?
For market rate apartments, all utilities except for electricity are included. Electricity will be billed directly to the resident based on their usage through the utility company.
Is parking included?
Yes, an underground garage parking stall is included for market rate apartments and penthouses. Secondary stalls are available for an additional charge.
Are the apartments furnished?
We do offer furnished packages on select apartments, please contact us to learn more.
Are there storage units available?
Storage units are available for $50/month. One storage unit is included for Penthouse apartments.
How do I reserve an apartment?
To reserve an apartment, please complete the reservation form and pay the reservation fee of $1,000.
Can I reserve amenity spaces for private events?
Yes! Each amenity space is available to be reserved for private events via The Ensley’s Guest Experience Manager.
